Our Story
Ashtabula County Nursing & Rehabilitation has been serving the community of Kingsville, Ohio since 1841. We are proud to boast 133 private rooms for optimal privacy. We also offer various services under one roof to get you home faster with less time spent at other facilities. These services include therapy 7 days a week, individualized resident care plan treatments, extensive wound care, Alzheimer’s and dementia care, pre-and post-operative care, and IV Management, just to name a few.
